I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentric (Itasca, IL)
Interview
My referral provided real feedback afterwards. I had a "great" interview, The interviewer was there for 10 years, we talked for an hour, & he took many notes, pages worth. I thought things were going great.
I did not get an offer, but I did get *real* internal feedback. My referral said that he thought I was fake the whole time. Something like 'who does he think he is trying to fake out.
I took this interview seriously. Sorry you're bitter and jaded. I see your weakness of being there for a decade still on your first job. He's dispensable & cannot find another job
