Phone screen with HR business partner, written test and a personal interview with a person from the team, where they measure the interest, soft skills and other skills that might be beneficial for the position
The interview went well overall; I communicated my qualifications effectively and connected with the interviewer. However, I could improve my responses to situational questions for better clarity. I was extremely impressed.
