It was very frustrating. After a straightforward first discussion, I was told to interview with a more direct team member. This team member came to the interview unprepared, with a completely new interview "test" they had never tried out before. This "test" was poorly thought out, with quite a few errors that even the interviewer admitted. Interviewer also indicated that they are not passionate for the work they do, and made a sour impression of the company. After being put through this asinine interview process that was poorly implemented, I will not consider employment here again.
