The interview process at Concept Care was great and really conversational. It felt like a genuine chat about my skills, experiences, and how I could add value to the team. The interviewer took the time to explain the company’s values, growth, and the importance of their work in disability and aged care. I felt comfortable, encouraged to ask questions, and appreciated that they focused not just on technical skills but also on cultural fit, empathy, and teamwork. By the end, I had a clear understanding of the role and felt excited about the opportunity to be part of a supportive organisation.
