Since May 2024, our HR and recruitment practices have undergone significant changes. We now have a dedicated HR and Recruitment team, and we’ve put structured interview processes in place to ensure every candidate feels respected, valued, and given the chance to showcase their skills in a fair and relevant way. Part of this includes aligning interviews more closely with the role requirements and ensuring that conversations are professional, transparent, and constructive.
We also acknowledge the disappointment of not receiving follow-up communication. We’ve since introduced clearer candidate communication protocols so that all applicants receive timely updates, regardless of the outcome.
