That was one of the very few interviews I really enjoyed. Two stages. Very quick and efficient process. The first one - with the direct manager. A general talk about the company, motivation, roles, responsibilities, technologies and solutions. The second one - with one of the founders. Pretty much the same, but more focused on their product. Both stages were very concrete, no questions from documentation, no asking about some corner-cases, no silly HR questions (sorry, but it's still common to hear "How do you overcome your weaknesses?" and others...) Then the offer. The downside turned out to be not enough transparency. The job description didn't quite reflect real solutions, vision and responsibilities (but we straightened it out in another call). Also, had some issues with the contract. Generally, I recommend applying to Conceptboard. They are well on their way and wish them all the best.
