      Intern Interview

      30 Oct 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Midland, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concho (Midland, TX) in Oct 2017

      Interview

You meet with several people in one day. They tend to ask the same questions. I would say their selections were male biast in their interns. I enjoyed everyone I met with. However, the process was extremely long and repetitive, which made it hard to stay engaged.
