Submitted application online in December, was interviewed in New York in January, followed up in March and received offer beginning of April.

Question 1
Where do you see the magazine publishing industry going in the next few years? What are the distinguishing features of your favorite Conde Nast magazines?
There was one screening interview with an HR representative, and then one interview with a hiring manager. Neither one was more than 30 minutes. The HR representative called to offer the job.
Application process was pretty simple. First stage was the application, then you had a video task. Then a final interview. Advice would be to really research the company e.g recent news and understand the company values.
