It was actually not to bad I first did a conference about to expect then went on to the next stage which was one on one phone interview then the final stage which is the video interview. They want to also make sure at this time you were in a room with a locked door and a quiet environment

Interview
Fairly straight-forward interview about how to handle frustrated customers and how to navigate the operating system of a cell phone. They make sure you understand you must absolutely have a completely quiet workplace with no electronics, writing utensils, or paper.
