It's in 3 phases. First 2 phases are done over the phone and the last one is with hiring manager over video cam. I was dressed up and he was in t-shirt inside his bedroom. When I first logged into the video of course my microphone decided to not work lol. Tested my tech skills but I did ended up getting it to work. He went through it pretty quickly. Asked me how would I handle customer situations and then we did a simulation on his iPhone. Afterwards I asked him a few questions and then he showed me potential schedules if I was hired and had me select my choosing schedule. He said I should know something within 2-3 business days. I'll update you all once I hear back.
P.S. I did ask him if I qualify but of course he couldn't tell me lol
