My interview was online. The hiring manager greeted me with a big smile through the screen and we started with the interview. He was very professional, and seemed somewhat engaged in the whole process. However, I, unfortunately, had no response from them about the position and whether I got the next stage, which I view as unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conga (London, England) in Sept 2024

I had my interview last year - only went through to the first stage but I know it was meant to be 3, involving pitching the product to them in one of them

Question 1
Why Sales? Why Conga? Why do you think you’d be a good fit here? What is Conga?
It was very seamless and informative. The first call was mostly informational with a recruiter. Then I had two separate interviews with senior managers that were behavioral based questions. The last interview was a mock cold call. You are sent information beforehand about the fake client to prepare yourself.
