Interview
I did a screening interview and was told I would be given a test. They forgot to send it to me so I had to ask for it a couple days later. They gave me 24 hours to do it at the last minute, but it didn't take too long to do.
Once I submitted the test I didn't hear anything from them. I sent an email asking what the next step is and was told someone would review my test and get back to me.
Three weeks later and I never heard back from anyone. The whole interview process seemed very disorganized.

Interview
The interview process was simple and well-organized. I first had a screening call where they asked about my background, experience, and interest in the position. I then spoke with members of the team/management, who asked behavioral questions and discussed the responsibilities of the role. The interviewers were professional and explained the expectations clearly. Overall, it was a positive and straightforward interview experience.
