I had a phone call with Brian from HR where we briefly talked about the position and my skill set. Afterwards, he sent me an assessment to take on my computer that contained questions about patterns, and numbers, and other basic skills.
Then a zoom interview was set up, and I was interviewed by Brian and Avery who are both great at what they do. They really sold the position, and the company, and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had and weren't just rushing through the interview like I've seen at other companies.
