It was very smooth and educational. The talent acquisition person was very open, approachable and didn't shy away from difficult conversations. I met with 3 mid-management, 1 senior management and 2 HR. It felt well-rounded and like they covered all the bases for me. I even had insightful conversations with their benefits team so I had clear understanding of their package before going into it.

Question 1
I liked that they provided a variety of questions that were both big picture and technical related. This gave me an opportunity to leverage my strengths and opportunities, and be frank about any expectations. I learned about the different leader's management styles during the interview, even though it was virtual. This allowed me to determine if this was a good cultural fit for me.
