I was approached by phone, by one of the directors, to discuss the opportunity. At the end of the call I was invited to schedule an interview. It was structured and thorough. They seemed to be giving an honest representation of what the role would entail and had true examples of earning potential. Once the initial/traditional discussion phase was complete there was a testing section whereby you wrote an advert and had to select a 'correct' candidate after referencing a job specification. All pretty straight forward and made sense as it showed them your thought process and writing ability which is important in the role.
