      1. Application & Screening Resume Shortlisting: Recruiters filter based on skills, education, and experience. HR/Recruiter Screening Call: A short (15–30 min) call to confirm basic details: background, availability, salary expectations, and interest. --- 2. First Round (Behavioral / General Fit) Introduction: You introduce yourself, your experiences, and motivation. Behavioral Questions: Based on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Culture Fit: Employers check if your goals align with the company values. --- 3. Technical/Functional Assessment (Only if applying for technical or specialized roles) Written/Online Test: Coding, aptitude, logical reasoning, or case studies. Technical Interview: Questions on concepts, problem-solving, and real-world scenarios. Task/Assignment: Sometimes a take-home project, presentation, or portfolio review.
