Long assessment day consisting of three group tasks and a presentation + Q&A session with the CEO. Unfortunately, half of the candidates (including myself) were sent home before the interview stage despite all being told to prepare a 3 min interview

Extremely long assessment centre 8-5, assessors were nice and tasks were all team building tasks e.g work together to find the best way to survive in the desert. Interviewers were nice and respectful however wasn’t given any feedback nor the outcome of my application including several others.
