Content Guru Engineering Services Engineer interview questions

Applied through a recruitment agency, invited to telephone interview after CV screening. Initial face-to-face interview was the next step. The interview involved 2 conversations with both a supervisor and a more senior manager. No technical questions were asked, it felt like personality and cultural fit were being assessed. No feedback or indication of outcome was provided, despite being followed up upon. I'd argue that such treatment of prospective candidates is a warning sign as to how the company is likely to behave towards future employees.
