I had two interviews via Teams with the Customer Success Director who was supportive and encouraging throughout, followed by an in-person interview with the Managing Director. The final interview was an hour long discussing suitability, experience, expectations, personal ambitions and allowed for a back and forth Q & A. Overall, it was a positive experience and the questions were varied between situational, application, experience and also personal. I felt this was refreshing because it gave me a chance to put myself across rather than purely my experience.
