It was easy, question about team management There is hr round then 2 ops round. He round is to discuss salary and know about you. Ops round will be with some team leader and then May be some ops manager. It is very simple to get through. You need to know basic metrics, shrinkage, voc, nps, etc

Interview
Very good process for the interview...keep it in the same way. Majority of the interview questions were situational and I answered all the questions leading with an example to showcase that I have the understanding. I was promoted internally within the company and I was privileged to have worked their for more than 3.5 years.
