Interview
Waste of time, very disappointed. First call was ok, staff seemed friendly but I was treated like a true graduate. I was told I would ‘work out of hours’ (free work) a few minutes into the phone call, I found it a little odd when they asked me if I lived with family and what jobs my family do. I felt like I was back at school on parents evening. The second stage was a presentation about a business they should collaborate with, I put my blood sweat and tears to make the perfect presentation and it really went to waste as they had probably already made their decision on who they were hiring. I am saying this because they had certain requirements (which I was not to know they explained). Again felt like I was presenting at school and not to adults. They required psychology graduates but pushed for marketing knowledge which I found odd. When I referred to a customer journey as a ‘survey style’ she flipped out on me as staff would be ‘offended’. I mean honestly what an experience, I feel I dodged a bullet.
