Had some coffee with the Director and Principal Engineer. Things were going well as we chatted about my experience and what I was looking for. Then the Director suddenly stood up and excused himself because he had another meeting to attend. Overall I thought things went well, however the recruiter failed to follow up which I found to be completely unprofessional - regardless of what the feedback had been.
