I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Convoy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I went through 12 different interviews over 3 months. Some people I had to interview with twice because they had more questions. I was informed that they really wanted me and I had one last interview needing scheduled because a VP wanted to confirm. That VP canceled the interview 15 minutes before the interviewed. Rescheduled to the next week. I didn’t get the job as that VP was the one that decided I was not a fit even though all the other interviewers approved. This person wasn’t even looking at the screen while talking to me. He was busy doing other things while interviewing me. Like already had his mind made up.

Question 1
Basic questions, most interviewers were a good conversation and took interest in my background.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Convoy (Redmond, WA)
Interview
The process is tedious which involves couple of screening rounds followed by written assessment which comprises of 3 or more responses. The mighty loop consists of 5-6 folks who may or may not be from same background. During the interview there were many disruptions, one of the interviewer’s door was constantly banged and she kept on moving her video to avoid disruptions; it was jarring.
After loop, I never received any response from recruiter despite of multiple follow ups. If you are keen to invest all those hours just to made feel pathetic and inconsequential , go ahead and apply at convoy!
