The interviewer also seemed somewhat snooty and immediately sense a energy shift, when she knew I am not of the same race as her. Interviewer would also ask your previous bosses' exact names for referral. I have a very strong feeling that there is a racial discrimination element involved in their decision making. Furthermore, I can see why the comments in Glassdoor, says please run. I didnt really get a welcoming or nice tone from the interviewer.
