Sent resume to corporate office... Got a call back weeks later. Drove an hour away and thought it went well.. Then got an email stating I wasnt a good fit even though the young man who interviewed acted like I was hired by going in to detail my salary..

Interviews for administration/managerial positons are typically handled by HR reps. Interviews are short and to the point, with general questions about management style and philosophies. First, you started off in a group setting. The HR person will do a presentation. Afterwards, you get pulled aside for your individual interview. After that, someone will contact you about a job offer.
