Cooke School and Institute interview questions

Really polite/nice people in the interview, and the tone was very casual and light-hearted. When I asked questions they didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the field or the population served. I got very generic and superficial responses, but they were super sweet and welcoming. This lack of expertise at the top was confirmed once I started working here.
