Interview
Interview consists of 3 steps. Initially, interview with HR representative. After that Codility test. Finally, a technical interview with 2 technical people. All the people I've met during the process were friendly. The two interviews and my Codility exam results seemed good to me. HR called me on WhatsApp to provide feedback about the outcome. After mentioning several positive aspects, they stated that we couldn't proceed with the process along with the reasons. I was shocked to receive a negative response because the entire process had seemed good to me. They probably found someone else who would work for a lower cost. (Yes, they closed to position in two days after declined me.)
