Interview
The interview process is very easy and simple. It generally consist of two managers asking very simple and easy question. If they choose to move forward with you they normally offer you a position on the spot . They do a drug test and background check which normally comes back within a week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Copart (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.
