Screening, exercise, and two interviews followed. Everything was on track and efficient until the last interview, which took place within a week. I even enjoyed working on the home assignment and during the interviews. However, after that, things took a turn for the worse. The recruiter was sometimes busy, the team was busy, and they had to interview other candidates and wait for their results. Finally, after several weeks of the course, they sent a rejection email.
