      .NET Software Developer Interview

      12 May 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Madrid
      No offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Copperleaf (Madrid) in Apr 2021

      Interview

Three calls: A first screening call from a person from Human Resources, a second with the managers in Europe and a third technical final one with the team for Madrid/Spain. There were three tests about coding: One about how to develop a couple of functions (Hint: Linq), another about a class which could compile, but it would return errors in execution time and the third one was some of that kind of Google interview questions. I didn't get an offer because of my catastrophic performance ;-)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you had two interns with the same performance, but you have one who always asks things about their assignments and the other one never asks, but both get the work done (same quality, the only difference between the interns is "asking things"), and after the internship you have to select one of them, which one would you choose and why?
