This was an incredibly long and tedious interview process. After speaking with a recruiter, I then had three separate video interviews over the process of 2.5 weeks, as well as an unpaid assessment that took a few hours, only to be told that they are looking for someone with more direct experience in the role. Isn't this something they could have found out before all of these steps?

Interview
Phone call with company recruiter and then zoom call with Finance team member. In person interview the week after with multiple departments round robin style. The whole process took two weeks. We barely spoke about the position it was all personal life topics. They kept hammering the point I didn't have a CPA when the job didn't require it. Proper talent acquisition could've saved me the trip.

I had a great interview experience with Corestream! I went through three rounds of interviews and was offered the position! Seriously, everyone I met, from the recruiter to the hiring managers, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to be a part of this awesome team!
