I applied online In Dec 2015. They called me on phone and scheduled a Programming test + Interview in Jan 2016. In the interview they asked me about my experience in I T and about all my projects. Interview had 3 Technical persons in the panel and they asked questions as per the skills I listed in my resume.

1. What is lazy loading in Hibernate? 2.. Did you use lazy loading in your project? 3. What is OLAP cube?
Programming test had 6 programming questions and a SQL question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cority Software
Interview
Technical test on basic coding questions. Questions were not too difficult. Was called another round for discussion on .NET and experience. Overall the interview process was fair. Was also asked some behavior questions which were not too difficult.
