Manager acted like she was very interested in me. The interview was about an hr. of her tellibg me how hard the retail job is and all the hard physical work it entails. I told her I can handle what she was expecting of an employee. She then said that I was spoiled at my previous job. Dont know why she thought I was spoiled I worked hard there for many years.It was just very rude. She tokd me She'd call me in a couple days, well I was called over a week later to hear that they gave tge job to someone else.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
