I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Oct 2016
Interview
It's a 2-3 interview process. Seems to take a LONG time to get everything scheduled. First interview with with about 4 managers. The second was with the senior store manager who i assume was just there to get a feel for you and placement.
It's can be difficult to actually get an interview at Costco. I've heard of people waiting 3 weeks or more for just a first callback. I got mine right away by applying online, and going to the store the next day to find out who the hiring manager was. I called her office that day to make sure they knew I was serious about the job.

I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Washington, DC)
Interview
Easy, basic interview questions. Taken to the HR office, and interviewed for 10-15 minutes. Was asked generic interview questions like availability and such. Was told I’d receive an email with an offer if accepted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process is good. Costco is a good place to work, and the interview process was very straightforward. I have no complaints. They communicated with me during the process.
Two interviews. One was with two managers where they essentially asked you basic interview questions. Then another with the store manager and they will ask you more in-depth questions before being hired.
