met with optical manager and then store manager.
There was routine drug test as well as a background check. Whole process was about 2-3 weeks. I did call back to touch base a couple of times because they do get very busy and If you don't hear anything from the agreed contact date don't hesitate to call back.

No comment. Each whare house is so different from how the other is ran. It's difficult to prepare for the interview. Just bring credentials and dress to impress. It's best to ask alotbof questions.

The interview process was very thorough. You are greeted and met with two managers from the store. They perform a two manger interview. Then, the ask about 10 questions that are scenario based. It was extremely comfortable and had a great experience!
