Interview
Straight forward simple and not very hard. I did not have to struggle too much but It was a difficult training. At the end of the day it was not for me.
Interview was straight forward, had some behavoural questions. 2-3 interviewees, eg: tell me about yourself, skills, background etc. Also requested background checks. Interview was average difficulty. They were nice and friendly.

When I entered, I was told to wait until the interviewer came. When they did, they first showed me the inside operations of the warehouse, asking me "easier" questions like availability and whether I feel like I'd be comfortable there. Then we went back in the office area where the "real interview" was conducted. After we finished, I waited for a little longer before they told me they'd contact me about a second interview.

Checked in at the front desk. Staff led me to one of the interview tables. I spoke with two associates that has been working at Costco for 10 years. They mostly asked me behavioral questions, and why did I choose to work at Costco. They went over the job duties, pay, time and schedule.
