Round 1: Asked maybe 6 questions about how I handled certain situations in the past. Round 2: Asked some questions about my intentions for working at the company, how long I will work there, etc.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had an uncooperative co-worker
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Scarborough, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Not exactly professional, was called for an interview - which took place @ an empty cash station, in the middle of the warehouse. I had originally applied for full time work, but during the interview I was told it was for a "seasonal" position. Had an interview with the first Manager, and it seemed to have gone okay. I answered his questions, he seemed impressed with the results. I was then interviewed by a second Manager, who right off the bat, looked like I was not "suited" for this position (even though I have over 15 years experience in working in the identical environment). He asked me a few questions and that was it. Never stated when they would be making a hiring decision.
Two weeks later, I get a call from the same girl who called to ask me if I was still interested in a job there and if I could call her back to arrange an interview. I called her and stated I had an interview 2 weeks prior. She stated there was no paperwork with my application and she would follow up. Four days later I get an email saying I wasn't qualified for the position.

Question 1
1. Describe a time when you went above and beyond to get a job done.
2. What is your level of urgency in work situations.
3. Have you ever had an disagreement with an employee or manager and how did you handle it.
4. Explain a time you dealt with a difficult customer
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was all a show. They wanted just another body for their seasonal period and they were very vague about the job description. Asked questions about past employment but wouldn't tell you anything about the job; to be accurate they told you how long would be working and how quick your hours would be cut or when you would be laid off.
