I got called in for a first interview with the assistant manager and another employee was in the room taking notes, it was about 20 minutes long, a lot of questions were asked. A month later they called me back for a final interview, which surprised me because of how long it took. The final interview was one on one with the manager I thought I did a great job but within 15 hours I got a rejection email. Not even sure why they called me in for the second interview but I guess I just wasn't what they were looking for. At least they let me know right away instead of keeping my hopes up. I did study a lot of questions from other Costco interviews on glass door which helped a lot.
