Interview
The interview process was well organised overall. It began with an initial screening interview that was self-recorded and timed, which wasn't a particularly positive experience. If successful, candidates then had to complete two exercises: a proofreading task and a statistical exercise. The final stage was a 90-minute interview with two different panels, after which successful candidates received an offer.

The interview process took around a month or so from the initial application. The process begins with a virtual interview then proceeds to a project and proofreading assessment. If you pass this round, then you move onto the final round interview with multiple interviewers.

online and done in your own time without someone directly questioning you so due to blind questioning and non live interview it was hard not to overlap answers which made it very frustrating.
