Quick chat with not a lot of questions answered, felt quite informal but unsure if this is the norm for this company.. didn’t feel encouraged to share history with person and came away feeling like i didn’t want to go back
Invited to interview via email after applying, interviewed in restaurant with one of the managers - was asked about past experience. Quite casual conversation. Then was invited for trial shift next day to get the job. Interview process was smooth overall
Friendly casual conversation with questions, talked about experience shown on CV, got a trial shift next day and was hired. It was my first interview experience and went very well
