Easy quick and very fast decision made by company, later on doesn't surprise me finding out the turnover rate is crazy high, lot of people quit their first week after management burns you our with working 6 days a week 12 hour shifts verses what they hired you or told you the schedule was going to be. Once I found out after the second week being employed I just quit and found a different position even know it paid less I rather have a work/life balance and a lower salary than be told I have to practically work half the hours in a 7 day week.
