Multiple interviews, possible lengthy process with a complete pre screening and physical with health history, tests to ensure you are physically fit to perform the duties of the specific position.

Qualification examination administered by Central HR a month before two panel interviews consisting of three individuals each, spaced about a week apart. Both interviews had tests/practicals as well. Offer came a week after the last interview.
