Hence the first coding round is taken by juniors who are great at coding. this also gives us an opportunity to test how the candidate would respect juniors in our team. Some candidates do request the interviewer to skip the coding process and go with the system design round, we think this is the root cause of your experience. Your feedback is taken and we will mitigate such situations.
