The interview process was too long. There were series of interviews, assessments and presentation round. The process was too long for a managerial position.it was too tedious ,a month long process. Its not worth the effort.

Phone call with Recruiter to learn more about your background and prior experience as it relates to a Business Development role then spoke with the VP Business Dev who asked the same questions and very little information was provided about the company or role.
