Snelle afspraak na sollicitatie. Gesprek en testen - en geen clichévragen dus dat vond ik wel positief. Na tweede gesprek vernomen dat er geen derde gesprek zou volgen. Maar niet lang moeten wachten 👍: Eerlijke uitleg gekregen waarom ze niet verder gaan met mijn kandidatuur.

Degelijke technische kennis is ècht nodig, inclusief basis chemie en fysica! Begrijpelijk want topbedrijf.
Zeer snelle feedback. 1x Gesprek + technische test. 1x Panelgesprek met operationele experts, 1x rondleiding op productieafdeling. 1x loonsvoorstel + contractvoorstel. het ging allemaal zeer snel en was een fijne ervaring.

I interviewed through a hiring company and the interview was fairly easy just behavioral questions and only problem solving question was about a heat exchanger. Which valves to open and close to bypass the exchanger and which to open to fill the exchanger and what will happen if water in exchanger is left and valve to release the water is closed.
