Prior to the interview, screened via phone by the recruiter. Next day or two, candidate speaks with the hiring manager who will then decide whether or not to proceed to in-person interview. In-person interviews are done in waves, usually by management from different departments. Each wave is about 45 minutes-hour. Interviewers ask about experiences from previous jobs, accomplishments, motivation, personality, etc. Candidate should receive notification about job offer status (accepted or rejected) within the next week or so.
