Interview
The process is pretty intense. Phone, Panel, Hiring Manager then Sr Mgmt. The panel interview was intense because you have a mix of people within the dept and outside the department questioning you.

It was a multi-person virtual interview, lasting 2.5 hours. Each interview group was tasked with asking different types of questions. Some of the interviews were technical, while others were more personal / conversational.
