Interview
4 stages, the last stage was with the people in the team. Hilarious as the individuals who interviewed me had absolutely NO experience in the field yet I had many years experience and didn't get the job. Clearly my face didn't fit, but at least I can spell.

Interview
Went through 5 rounds of interviews, when I was initially told that there would only be 4. I thought the additional interview was promising, but it was not :D. The last interview was also conveyed to me as an "informal conversation" - which I'm now not understanding why if they were still in the process of deciding? The job description changed halfway through the interview process, and their decision time was delayed. Probably all red flags that I should have noticed, but I was too excited about the possibility of working there. I received a rejection email rather than a phone call, which I found to be a bit unprofessional considering I had went through 5 rounds and met most of these people in person. Guess this is just how big companies do it!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What excites you about entertainment? General questions about your experience. Nothing was hard hitting.
The interview process was relatively conversational throughout. It started with a call from someone in HR, then it proceeded to speaking with the agent themself. The questions with the HR person were more standard baseline questions, whereas the agent it felt like more of a personality fit conversation.
