Interview
It is very long. Expect 3-4 stages and a decent time investment is involved . They are honest upfront about the length so that is appreciated. If you pass the recruiter you will move on to a formal taped recruiter interview. after that you will have an interview with the market leader which is also taped. If that is passed you will move onto an interview with the market leader and VP. You receive quick feedback which is great

One of the most old school interview processes I've done. Multiple rounds with the recruiter who reached out to me. Three rounds before even meeting with the hiring manager for the role. Then to be ghosted by the recruiter and sent an automated message. Do not recommend whatsoever
