The company themselves have no idea on the exact requirement of the job they have posted. Very unprofessional behavior. They took two telephonic technical rounds of mine. After the second technical round, the product manager gave me a task of assignments, which took me 2 days to complete. I submitted the assignments ASAP to get their early feedback. After performing the visualization assignments, they asked me to write down the explanation for those assignments. I even completed the explanations the same day. After a week, the HR writes an email to me saying, they have kept the position on hold as the position also requires to know javascript. What took the company so long to understand that my expertise doesn't include Javascript?! Why did they wasted my time by giving me the assignment, if they understood that I don't know javascript?!
